Africon is more than just a conference; it is a vibrant celebration of African culture, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This event, which coincides with Africa Day, aims to celebrate the diversity of the African Continent and the Diaspora through the lens of entertainment, media, technology, and leadership. Our mission is to showcase the richness and diversity of Africa while fostering connections and collaborations amongst the black global audience. With a focus on African diaspora communities, Africon aims to create a space where individuals of African descent can come together, share their experiences, and empower one another.
At Africon 2023, we aim to amplify the voices and narratives that often go unheard, providing a platform for African, African-American, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Latinx, and Afro-European entrepreneurs, artists, and thought leaders to showcase their talents and ideas. Through engaging panel discussions and immersive experiences, we strive to inspire, entertain and educate attendees about the untapped potential and opportunities that Africa has to offer.
