Who Should Apply?
1. Participants must be at least 18 years or older, early-stage founders in either pre-seed or seed round of funding, with a focus on solving problems on the african continent and black diaspora.
2. YOU WILL NEED TO BE IN PERSON IN LA FOR THE COMPETITION On May 26th.
3. At least one of the founders should be of black or african descent.
4. Must be VC Fundable. The organizers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any applicant and disqualify any applicant who does not meet these criteria.
